Dr. Andrew Kwek Boon Eu graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in the year 2000 and obtained his Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and MRCP (UK) in 2004. In 2008, he completed his specialist training in Gastroenterology and subsequently spent a fellowship year in Mumbai, India, training under Dr Amit Maydeo in therapeutic advanced endoscopy including ERCP and EUS. He is currently Chief and Senior Consultant in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Changi General Hospital, serving the eastern sector of Singapore. His interests include pancreatic and biliary diseases, advanced ERCP/EUS techniques and image-enhanced endoscopy.

Training the next generation of specialists and medical students, he serves as a core faculty of the SingHealth Gastroenterology Senior Residency Program and is a Clinical Associate Professor of the Duke-NUS Medical School, Singapore. He is active in clinical research and has publications in various medical journals including Annals of Internal Medicine, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and Endoscopy Journal. He is currently the Director (Medical), Endoscopy Centre, and Chairman of the Medication Safety Committee of Changi General Hospital.
