Dr Eric Wee is a Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist at Nobel Gastroenterology Centre in Mount Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre.
He was the past head and senior consultant of the division of Gastroenterology at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital; chairman of the nutrition workgroup, senior clinical Lecturer at NUS; associate program director of the NHG Gastroenterology senior residency program; visiting consultant at NUH and Tan Tock Seng Hospitals and an executive committee member of the Gastroenterological Society of Singapore and Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
Dr Wee completed his Ministry of Health HMDP scholarship at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology and Mayo Clinic. His subspecialty interest is in advanced gastrointestinal endoscopy such as small bowel enteroscopy, ERCP and endoscopic ultrasound. He was a recipient of the National Excellence Service Award (Gold), NHG Quality Pillar Award and Service Champion Awards.
As a Gastroenterologist who subspecialises in advanced endoscopy, he manages patients with abdominal pain from biliary colic and gastritis to small bowel diseases, in addition to bowel and liver problems.
